One of the main keys in creating professional Human Resources (HR) lies in the recruitment, selection, training and development process of prospective workers. Bank Muamalat KCP Rantauprapat, which is currently experiencing progress, definitely needs human resources who are competent in their fields to provide satisfactory service to customers. Therefore, a strict selection process is needed to obtain quality human resources so they can provide good performance for the company.
