Publication Ethics
Management Research Center is committed to high standards of publication ethics and follows the guidelines and core practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). This statement sets out the responsibilities of everyone involved in publishing an article in the journal.
Duties of authors
- Submit only original work, and cite the work and words of others appropriately.
- Do not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal at the same time, and do not publish the same research in more than one journal.
- Present data accurately. Fabrication and falsification of data are unacceptable.
- List as authors only those who made a significant contribution to the work, and ensure that all co-authors have approved the final version.
- Disclose any financial or other conflict of interest and all sources of funding.
- Notify the editor promptly if a significant error is found in a published article.
Duties of editors
- Evaluate manuscripts solely on their academic merit, without regard to the authors' race, gender, religion, citizenship, or institutional affiliation.
- Keep submitted manuscripts confidential.
- Do not use unpublished material from a submission for their own research without the authors' written consent.
- Withdraw from handling manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest.
- Take responsibility for the decision to publish, guided by the reviewers' reports and the journal's policies.
Duties of reviewers
- Assist the editor in making editorial decisions and help authors improve their manuscripts.
- Treat manuscripts as confidential documents.
- Review objectively and support judgments with clear arguments.
- Identify relevant published work that the authors have not cited.

Duties of the publisher
Anshara Bina Akademia Mandiri supports the editorial independence of the journal and ensures that commercial considerations do not influence editorial decisions.
Handling of misconduct
Allegations of plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate publication, authorship disputes, or other misconduct are investigated following the relevant COPE flowcharts. Authors are given the opportunity to respond.
Corrections and retractions
When a significant error is found in a published article, the journal publishes a correction. Articles with seriously flawed findings, plagiarism, or unethical research are retracted. Retraction notices state the reason and remain linked to the original article.
Complaints
Complaints about the journal, its staff, or its editorial process may be sent to the Editor-in-Chief through the Contact page.
