Plagiarism Policy

Anshara Business Review does not accept plagiarism in any form. Plagiarism includes presenting the words, data, or ideas of others as one's own without proper acknowledgment, and republishing one's own previously published work without citation.

Screening

Every submitted manuscript is checked with Turnitin before it is sent to reviewers. The maximum similarity index accepted by the journal is 20%.

  • Manuscripts with a similarity index of 20% or less proceed to peer review.
  • Manuscripts with a similarity index above 20% are returned to the authors for revision or rejected, depending on the extent and nature of the overlap.

After publication

If plagiarism is discovered after an article has been published, the journal investigates the case following COPE guidance. Where plagiarism is confirmed, the article is retracted and a retraction notice is published.
